Jessica I. Marschall CPA, ISA AM Chief Executive Officer

Jessica is a licensed CPA with 25 years of experience and an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers. The founder of MAS LLC, a tax advisory firm, and the CEO of both The Green Mission Inc. and Green Mission ESG Solutions, Jessica specializes in both integrating sustainable practices with fiscally sound strategies and helping businesses navigate deconstruction, reuse, and tax-advantaged giving. She has served on the Board of the Stafford Education Foundation for four years and the Rethos Board of Directors for two. A mother of five and advocate for environmental responsibility, she combines financial expertise with a deep commitment to social impact.

Jennie has more than 15 years of experience in business development within the deconstruction and personal property appraisal sectors. She also brings 15 years of prior experience in the corporate insurance industry and holds a background in Business Law from Washington Business School. Trusted by builders, nonprofits, and reuse contractors, Jennie is known for her detailed approach, nonprofit compliance knowledge, and exceptional workflow management. As CRO, she leads revenue strategy and national business growth. Jennie has been married for 20 years and enjoys her beloved Havanese dogs, Tank and Rambo, along with cooking, reading, and outdoor adventures.

Caroline serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Green Mission Inc., Probity Appraisal Group, and MAS LLC, bringing three years of hands-on experience in sustainable valuation, tax compliance, and team development. She oversees the firms’ appraisal research and writing teams, specializing in one-on-one appraisal and tax research training, and cultivating long-term professional relationships with both internal staff and external partners. Caroline holds a Business degree from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Accounting at William & Mary. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, practicing jiu jitsu, traveling, and spending time with her beloved 13-year-old dog, Roxy.

Elisabeth is the Founder and Principal of Carbon Wise, a consultancy committed to accelerating low-carbon construction practices. She is a recognized leader in municipal climate strategy and embodied emissions reduction, having authored British Columbia’s Embodied Emissions Guide for Local Governments. Elisabeth has worked with more than 20 municipalities and regulatory bodies in implementing the BC Energy Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Code. She also volunteers with the Carbon Leadership Forum – BC Hub and serves on the education committee for the Homebuilders Association of Vancouver (HAVAN), advocating for elevated industry standards. Her work bridges policy, practice, and scalable climate impact.

Nichole Erickson Director, Corporate Decommission Operations

Nichole holds a B.S. in Biological and Biosystems Engineering from Michigan State University, graduating with a 3.88 GPA and multiple Dean’s List honors. She brings a decade of engineering and operational experience through her work with United Assets Management, where she has led large-scale asset recovery and site decommission projects nationwide. As Director of Corporate Decommission Operations, Nichole brings deep technical knowledge and field-tested leadership to help clients meet ESG, reuse, and compliance goals efficiently. Her strategic approach to sustainable transitions is vital to the Green Mission ESG Solutions’ integrated deconstruction model.
